Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Printed Memory handles digital greeting card purchase issues.

Digital product purchases

Printed Memory sells access to printable and downloadable digital card outputs. Because digital products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are generally limited once a card has been unlocked, printed, or downloaded.

Payment or unlock issues

If your payment was completed but your card did not unlock, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support so we can review the issue.

Incorrect or unwanted content

Users can review and edit card content before purchase. Refunds are generally not provided because a user changes their mind after unlocking a card, but support may review unusual situations on a case-by-case basis.

Email printedmomentscards@gmail.com with the email used at checkout, the approximate purchase time, and a short description of the issue.
